Metanation and MEMETOON Sign Partnership Agreement for Global Webtoon and Short Challenge Services

Seoul, Korea South, 17th May 2024 - Metanation and MEMETOON signed a partnership agreement aimed at targeting the global content market. This agreement focuses on the globalization of various content industries, including webtoons, movies, and dramas, and will introduce innovative projects incorporating blockchain Web3.0 technology.

MEMETOON, a webtoon service with an international publisher, plans to offer a range of services utilizing MEMETOON tokens and MT points. These services include secondary copyright, NFTs, AI, tournaments, donations, sponsorships, support, and gaming. A MEMETOON Foundation representative stated, "We aim to provide a decentralized model service that does not require a trusted third party (TTP) by utilizing a semi-decentralized model and SBT. Metanation plans to launch 'ShortChall,' a WEB3-based short-form challenge service, in Indonesia later this year.
